Since my stuff has been repeatedly stolen and sold as prints, badges, shirts etc, please do not buy them!
I am yet to properly start selling my things, and I do not feel comfortable when people buy them from others, who did not have anything to do with it in the first place.
There is not much I can do when it's sold at cons and random shops, but if you see it online, like on ebay or amazon, or any place I can contact the owners directly, please tell me so that I can ask for it to be taken down. THANKS!

Can I make icons, website layouts from your stuff?
Sure you can. As long as you don't draw mustache on it and add lens flares, or else I'll find you. (Also credit is nice and much appreciated)

Depends. I shall now list places that I know of and how you should repost my art there.

Under each deviation there either will be a link to the tumblr post that I made myself (in that case, reblog not repost)
If there is no such link, you can post it but only with a source that leads to the picture or this website.

Goes for all anon image boards really. You can post it there without crefit or source, unless someone asks, it'd be cool if you gave them the link to here. Otherwise, I don't care.

Depends. You can only use my stuff if the content of the video is G-PG, and is not hateful or bashing or anything that can upset the viewer!

Of course! If you feel that my stuff will help you, by all means do it.

Can I trace your art or use it as a base or recolour?

I would appreciate it if you didn't. Besides, what good is it in it for you? By tracing you will never learn how to draw yourself, and using other people's stuff as bases will never let your fantasy and creativity come in use for your own art. And recolouring is rude, even if you think that something would be better with your colour scheme, the original drawing is meant to be as the artist coloured it.

Can I upload my pictures that used your art as ref to DA or any other forum?
It's fine as long as you mention that reference was used and put my nickname (or a link to here, I dun care OTL) somewhere in the discription. If an image was heavily referenced, you must ALWAYS mention that in the comment, or it will be plagiarism. And if you claim it as your own, I will find you and kill you with FIRE! But no srsly, don't do that.

Can I reupload your art to my gallery?

No, you can not. When you upload something to your gallery, it automatically means you've created it, or that you are the owner. Saying that it doesn't belong to you doesn't matter - uploading stuff that is not yours on DA is against the rules. It's art theft! So even if you alter my images with filters and other shiny stuff, you are still not allowed to upload it to your gallery, because you didn't draw it :C

Can I make prints,badges,shirts etc. from your art?
If you like it that much, then sure,as long as it's for personal use only, go ahead! I've actually seen it before, and to tell the truth, I'm really flattered OTL
